2. Definitions

• Platform – the Online Register Models website and system
• Model – an individual who creates an account for photo, video, advertising, event, or extra activities
• Client – an individual or legal entity seeking models
• User – any person using the platform
• Administrator – the team managing the platform and verifying accounts

3. Purpose of the Platform

Online Register Models is an intermediary platform, not an employment agency. The platform provides:

• a space for models and clients to connect
• communication and collaboration tools
• a safe and organised environment for interactions

The platform does not guarantee the success of any model. All collaborations depend solely on the model and the client.

4. Account Creation

4.1 Models

To create an account, a model must provide:

• real personal details
• compliant photographs
• accurate information

Accounts enter a “pending” status and are manually reviewed. The Administrator may reject accounts that:

• contain false information
• include non-compliant photos
• are duplicates
• do not fit the platform’s profile

4.2 Clients

Client accounts are manually reviewed. The Administrator may reject accounts that appear untrustworthy or do not comply with platform rules.

5. Use of the Platform

Users agree to use the platform:

• legally
• in good faith
• without harming other users
• without attempting to defraud the system

The following are prohibited:

• vulgar language
• harassment
• threats
• manipulation
• pressuring models
• requesting sensitive personal data
• publishing false information
• creating multiple accounts

The platform has zero tolerance for abusive behaviour.

6. Interaction Between Models and Clients

6.1 Direct Proposals

Clients may send models proposals via the “Activity Proposal” button, which automatically opens an internal chat.

6.2 Internal Chat

The chat is:

• secure
• monitored
• intended exclusively for project-related communication

The following are prohibited:

• vulgar language
• pressuring models
• moving the conversation outside the platform without mutual consent
• sending inappropriate content

6.3 Listings

Clients may post public listings, and models may apply directly. Clients may:

• accept models
• reject models
• review profiles
• open chats

Listings are visible only to activated models.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Models may purchase an annual subscription priced at £59. The platform does not charge commissions for conversations or applications.

8. Suspension and Deactivation of Accounts

The Administrator may suspend or deactivate accounts that:

• use vulgar language
• harass other users
• violate platform rules
• attempt to defraud the system
• create multiple accounts
• post false listings
• send abusive messages

Suspension may be temporary or permanent.

9. Withdrawal from the Platform

Withdrawal is carried out:

• without claims
• without obligations from the platform
• without refunds for already paid subscriptions

10. Limitation of Liability

The platform is not responsible for:

• discussions between users
• collaborations between models and clients
• misunderstandings
• project cancellations
• user behaviour

Users are solely responsible for their interactions.

10.1 Physical Meetings and Off‑Platform Interactions

Online Register Models acts solely as a technical intermediary and does not organise, coordinate, or verify physical meetings between users. Any meeting, collaboration, discussion, or action outside the platform is undertaken at the users’ own risk.

The platform cannot be held liable for:

• conflicts, disputes, or tensions between users
• aggressive, violent, abusive, or illegal behaviour
• material or moral damages
• incidents, accidents, or unforeseen situations
• any consequences arising from physical interactions between users

Users understand and accept that the platform:

• does not guarantee the safety of meetings
• does not verify locations, individuals, or conditions of collaboration
• cannot control user behaviour outside the online environment
• is not a party to any collaboration between model and client

10.2 User Responsibility

Each user assumes full responsibility for:

• their own actions
• their own behaviour
• their own decisions
• the way they interact with others, online or offline

By using the platform, users confirm that they understand and accept these limitations.

11. Data Protection

The platform uses:

• secure connections
• encrypted passwords
• protection against unauthorised access
• manual checks for fake accounts
• anti‑vulgarity filters
• a reporting system

Data is protected in accordance with applicable legislation.

12. Modification of Terms
