User Internal Regulations

1. Purpose of the Platform

Online Register Models is an intermediary platform connecting two categories of users:

Models – everyday individuals of all ages (babies, children, teenagers, adults, seniors) who wish to participate in photo, video, advertising, event or extra activities.

Clients – companies, photographers, brands, agencies or individuals seeking models for their projects.

The platform does not guarantee activities or bookings. It provides a safe, organised and professional environment where models and clients can find each other, communicate and collaborate.

2. Account Creation and Verification

2.1 Models

To become a model, the user must:

complete the registration form
upload compliant photographs
provide accurate personal details
meet the minimum requirements of the agency

All model accounts enter a “pending” status and are manually reviewed. The agency may reject accounts that:

contain false information
include non‑compliant photos
are duplicates
do not fit the agency’s profile

2.2 Clients

Client accounts are also manually reviewed. The agency may reject accounts that appear untrustworthy or do not comply with platform rules.

3. Behaviour and Language

The platform has ZERO tolerance for:

vulgarity
insults
offensive language
harassment
threats
pressure
abusive behaviour
manipulation
fraud attempts

The system automatically detects prohibited words and expressions, including any form of vulgarity. Messages containing such terms may be:

automatically blocked
flagged for review
lead to account suspension

The agency reserves the right to deactivate any account that violates conduct rules.

4. Interaction Between Models and Clients

4.1 Direct Proposals

Clients may send models proposals using the “Activity Proposal” button. This automatically opens an internal chat.

4.2 Internal Chat

The chat is:

secure
monitored
intended exclusively for project‑related communication

The following are prohibited:

vulgar language
pressuring models
requesting sensitive personal data
moving the conversation outside the platform without mutual consent

4.3 Listings

Clients may post public listings. Models may:

view all listings
read details
apply directly

Clients may:

accept models
reject models
open chats
review profiles

Listings are visible only to registered and activated models.

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 Models

Models must:

provide accurate information
upload compliant photos
respond politely
respect clients
not lie about age, measurements or availability

5.2 Clients

Clients must:

provide accurate project details
respect models
not request illegal, inappropriate or prohibited activities
not pressure models

6. What the Platform Does NOT Guarantee

The platform does NOT guarantee:

activities for models
financial earnings
collaborations between users
acceptance to listings
responses from clients
success in projects

The platform is an intermediary, not an employer.

7. Safety and Data Protection

The platform uses:

secure connections
encrypted passwords
protection against unauthorised access
manual checks for fake accounts
anti‑vulgarity filters
a reporting system

Data is protected in accordance with applicable legislation.

8. Withdrawal from the Platform

Any user may withdraw at any time through the internal form. Withdrawal is carried out:

without claims
without obligations from the agency
without refunds for already paid subscriptions

9. Suspension and Deactivation of Accounts

The agency may suspend or deactivate accounts that:

use vulgar language
harass other users
violate platform rules
attempt to defraud the system
create multiple accounts
send abusive messages
post false listings

10. Acceptance of the Regulations

By creating an account, the user confirms that they:

have read the regulations
understand them
comply with them
accept all platform conditions
